Avoid scams and impersonation
Because Apollo Group TV is a recognisable brand, other websites and social accounts sometimes reuse our name and branding to take payments without providing the service. This page explains what to check, what we will never ask you for, and what to do if something has already gone wrong.

Only aapollogroup.tv is official
The official Apollo Group TV website is https://aapollogroup.tv/. We do not run alternative domains, "backup" mirror sites, or authorised resellers. If the address is anything other than exactly aapollogroup.tv — including a lookalike spelling with an extra or missing letter, or a different ending such as .cc, .net or .live — treat it as unverified.
Common warning signs
We cannot make claims about specific third-party websites we have not verified, but these patterns are common across impersonation and payment fraud generally.
- Lookalike addresses. An extra or repeated letter, a hyphen, an added word, or a different ending is the single most common trick, because it survives a quick glance.
- Unexpected redirects. You click a link for one site and arrive somewhere else, or you are moved to a different domain at the moment of payment.
- Requests for a wallet seed phrase or private key. There is no legitimate reason for anyone to ask for these, ever.
- Requests for remote access. Being asked to install AnyDesk, TeamViewer or similar so someone can "set it up for you" hands over your device.
- Pressure and artificial urgency. Countdown timers, "today only" pricing, or being rushed past the point where you would normally check details.
- Unverifiable guarantees. Promises that cannot be checked anywhere, such as guaranteed lifetime access underwritten by nothing.
- Support that only exists after payment. No way to ask a question before paying, then silence once the money has moved.
- Payment routes with no recourse. Being pushed toward an irreversible method while normal options are refused.
What to check before you pay
- Read the address bar letter by letter. Confirm it is exactly aapollogroup.tv, and that the connection is secure.
- Go direct rather than following a link. Type the address yourself instead of clicking through from an advert, message or unexpected search result.
- Compare the price against our published plans. Check what you are being asked to pay against the pricing page.
- Confirm the payment destination. Our payments go through our own BTCPay Server. Verify the receiving address shown on your invoice before sending anything.
- Ask first if anything feels off. Contact support before entering payment details anywhere you are unsure about.
If you have already shared information or paid
- Stop any further payments and do not send anything else, including "release" or "unlock" fees, which are a common follow-up.
- Contact your payment provider immediately. Your bank, card issuer, crypto exchange or payment app may be able to help, and acting quickly matters.
- If you shared a seed phrase or private key, move any remaining funds to a newly created wallet straight away. That wallet must be treated as compromised permanently.
- If you granted remote access, disconnect the device from the internet, remove the remote-access software, run a security scan, and change passwords from a different device.
- Report it to the platform where you found the site, and to your national fraud reporting body.
- Tell us. Send the address to our support team so we can confirm whether an account exists on the official platform.
Frequently asked questions
What is the official Apollo Group TV website?
https://aapollogroup.tv/ is the official Apollo Group TV website. We do not operate any other domain, and no third party or reseller is authorised to sell subscriptions on our behalf. Treat any other address as unverified.
I paid on a different site and cannot reach anyone. What should I do?
Stop sending further payments. Contact your bank, card issuer, crypto exchange or payment app about a chargeback or refund as soon as possible, and report the site to the platform where you found it. We can confirm whether an account exists on the official platform, but we cannot recover funds sent to a third-party site.
Does Apollo Group TV ever contact customers first asking for payment?
We do not initiate contact through unsolicited messages, calls or social media asking for payment or login details. Our support correspondence comes from support@apollogroup.tv. If someone contacts you first and asks for payment, treat it as unverified.
Will support ever ask for my wallet seed phrase or remote access?
Never. No legitimate member of our team will ask for a wallet seed phrase, private key, card PIN, or remote access to your device. Anyone asking for these is attempting to steal from you, regardless of what branding they use.
How do I report a suspected impersonation site?
Send the address to support@apollogroup.tv or use our contact form. Report it separately to the ad network, domain registrar, hosting provider or social platform where you encountered it, since they can act on it directly.
