How to request a refund

Contact us through the contact form with your account email and order details. We review each request individually and reply by email with the outcome.

Payment method matters

Refund mechanics differ by payment method. Card payments are refunded to the original card when approved. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once sent — any approved crypto refund is issued as a new outbound payment, so provide a receiving address when you contact us.

What isn't covered

• Requests made after extended use of a full paid term
• Accounts suspended for violating our terms of service
• Payments made on a site other than aapollogroup.tv — we cannot refund payments sent to impersonator sites
